Matcha White Chocolate Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and lightly golden. The centers will still be soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
