Please reach us at info@teatrade.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The UK Tea Trade Benevolent Society (UKTTBS) is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting individuals who have worked within the UK tea trade. They provide financial aid, community engagement, and practical assistance to ensure the well-being of tea trade professionals, both active and retired. Their mission is rooted in compassion and fostering a network that celebrates the rich heritage of the tea industry.

The 190-mile ultra marathon, known as "OneNineTea," is an extraordinary endurance challenge that spans from Peterston Tea Estate in Wales to the iconic Cutty Sark in London. This run is not just a physical feat but a heartfelt tribute to the resilience and community of the UK tea trade industry. It aims to raise awareness and funds for the UK Tea Trade Benevolent Society, supporting individuals and families across the UK tea trade.

This mammoth effort is only achievable through far-reaching and wide collaborations. As an individual you can donate to show some support or be a part of the day by helping in 'aid' stations. Likewise, businesses could sponsor the event and have their logo printed on running gear (training and race day) or large banners displayed at hydration stations - the possibilities are endless so please get in touch.
