A healthy, antioxidant-rich twist on the classic Mojito. This non-alcoholic version uses cold-brewed green tea for a refreshing kick that energizes without the hangover.

The grassy notes of Green Tea mimic the botanical complexity of rum, while the mint and lime keep it bright and zesty. Perfect for summer afternoons.

Instructions

1
Muddle: In a sturdy glass, add the mint leaves, lime juice, and honey. Muddle (gently crush) the leaves to release their oils. Do not shred them, or the drink will become bitter.
2
Ice: Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes.
3
Pour: Pour in the cold brewed green tea until the glass is 3/4 full.
4
Fizz: Top up with sparkling water for that classic Mojito fizz. Stir gently to combine.

Expert Tip: Cold Brew is Key

Don't use hot-brewed tea that has been chilled; it often turns bitter and cloudy. For the cleanest taste, put 1 tsp of green tea in cold water and leave it in the fridge for 4-6 hours. The result is sweet, smooth, and crystal clear.
