- 1-2 tsp Sugar, Honey, or Maple Syrup (adjust based on berry sweetness)
- Splash of water (if needed to blend)
The Matcha Layer
- 1.5 tsp Matcha Powder (Ceremonial is best for color)
- 60ml Hot Water (80°C - never boiling)
The Rest
- 3/4 cup Milk (Oat milk is preferred for its creamy texture)
- Ice Cubes

While you can use dairy, Oat Milk is the barista standard for this drink. Its natural sweetness complements the fruit, and its density is perfect for supporting the matcha layer on top without mixing immediately.
